Payment Methods

Full-Time Program

Our three-year, full time program costs $38,850 per year for in person students and $33,600 per year for virtual students. 

A one-time portfolio assessment fee of $350 is required to review the student’s portfolio before they are admitted to the program.

Part-Time Programs

The cost of our Fall, Winter, and Spring Workshops is $850 per session (five class pass). Drop-in class pricing is $190 per class. 

The cost of our Summer Workshops is $1,550 per 2-week session. Summer workshops are more intensive than fall/winter/spring workshops and include ten total classes.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are available at a rate of $220 per two-hour session.

Semi-private lessons are available at a rate of $175 per two-hour session. 

Labs/Drop-ins

Drawing labs are available at a rate of $85 per two-hour session.

Computer labs are available at a  rate of $50 per two-hour session.

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure a fair and transparent process, please review our refund policy below:

1. Notification Requirement: Students must notify the school of their intention to cancel their enrollment at least seven (7) days prior to the start date of the class to be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility:
   • Full Refund: If the cancellation notice is received at least seven (7) days before the class start date, a full refund will be issued.
   • No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the class start date or for students who do not show up for the class without prior notification.
3. Credit Option: As an alternative to a refund, students may choose to apply the amount paid as a credit towards future classes. This credit must be used within six (6) months of the original class start date.  After that time the credit will be forfeited.
4. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund Request Procedure:
   • Submit a written request for a refund via email to Accounting@Exceptional-Minds.org and cc casandramelgar@Exceptional-Minds.org.
   • Include your full name, class name, and the scheduled start date.
   • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request.
