It’s never been a more exciting time for Exceptional Minds!

Today was the first day of school at our new campus on Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks. The studio, staff, and academy are finally in one contiguous space that provides room for our growth.

Brand new classrooms, a student kitchen, and a large meeting space with access to an outdoor area make up the new academy. Our post-graduate Launch Program has a space just for them, and the VFX studio is shiny and new with upgraded security for all of the “stealth” projects being worked on before hitting screens big and small!

The animation team is back together in their studio space working on projects for Cartoon Network and Sesame Workshop, and the tech is set up for our new 3D gaming team!

We can now interact with all of our students and artists as they pass in hallways and check out new rooms. And when it’s COVID-safe, we’ll have partners and friends in for meetings and tours.

Exceptional Minds is so grateful for more space and even more opportunity. We have an ambitious and achievable goal to double the number of students we train in the next five years. That’s more employable grads with the skills needed to work fulfilling careers.

Here’s to 2022 and our Exceptional Growth! We could not have done this without the support of our partners, donors, staff, and parents. Our gratitude fills the new space and beyond – we can’t wait for you to see it.

Special thanks from Team EM:

Our new address is:
